It’s the final hurdle in the release of any software of any software but is it a development or implementation cost?
User acceptance testing is a part of system implementation and hence I believe it should come under implementation cost
unless that is, it’s more beneficial to include it in “development” as those costs can be deducted over time – while implementation cost’s is a one-off and cannot be deduced/deprecated over time.
