    The situation is like this the QA Tester was a Subject Matter Expert(SME) at one point of time when the knowledge was transferred.Once all the knowledge was transferred .

    The QA tester goes to “Null” state without his/her knowledge.

    The Test Lead is very new to the project and not well experienced to handle three testers.So, dumps the tasks on the so called SME.

    Now,What will this poor tester do?
