Do you remember any interesting or practical questions you were asked during an interview other than the regular ones?
Archana,
I remember very little – as I am under pressure to “perform” and want to make a good impression. 🙂
If there was any interesting or practical questions depends on the definition of “interesting”. And that is really an interesting cultural question. Even in my little country there are differences between the different companies.
One company I interviewed with used a personality test. I especially disliked that as the results where interpreted in a way that was unauthentic to me. (full story Diversity is important for testing, prejudice isn’t)
Recently my friend was asked for a software testing position – Suppose you want to hire a cook for your restaurant. What factors will you consider while hiring him? What questions will you ask him?
