I read this blog post recently on how to incorporate stakeholders when you are testing. It seems logical to me especially if it is user-acceptance testing. But have you ever got the stakeholder involved in the testing. If so, how did you find the process?
One idea is to have User Experience Days in your company or other one is to have short demos( videos) about feature in development and ask their opinion…
User experience days sound like a brilliant way to get them involved. Would anyone involve stakeholders in usability testing or areas like that?
