I have around 16 years of industry experience, of which around 13 years is into software Testing. I am TPI Next certified TPI assessor, CSQA and Agile certified.
Currently I am leading the Process & Alliance CoE in Testing BU. The role involves sales enablement, delivery enablement and Capability development.
• Sales Enablement-this involves providing the required support for new RFP’s for client visits from Process perspective.
• Delivery enablement-this involves exploring and working on various tools for checking feasibility of these tools and related solutions for the projects. This includes creating a POC for projects and showcasing them to the clients.
• Capability building: this involves arranging and organizing various trainings and certifications for identified competency areas.
