Featured Community Members: Kristel Viidik, Jim Holmes & Richard Forjoe

Last week we got to know Derk-Jan de Grood, Funmi Olanrewaju & Helle Havgaard.

Lets get to know three more community members…

Profile picture of Kristel

Kristel is a software tester and CEO of Testlio, USA. When she is not  busy finding bugs, she can be found carving up the slopes on her snowboard or out horse riding. Kristel also has a keen interest in music and plays the piano and guitar.

If you like music then you really need to come to Ireland for EuroSTAR 2014 and join in on an Irish trad session. Conference Chair 2013, Michael Bolton, couldn’t help himself during his most recent trip to Galway…

Michael Bolton

Jim is the VP for ALM and Testing at Falafel Software. He has been in various corners of the IT world since joining the US Air Force in 1982. He’s spent time in LAN/WAN and server management roles in addition to many years helping teams and customers deliver great systems. Jim worked with organizations ranging from start ups to Fortune 100 companies to improve their delivery processes and ship better value to their customers. Jim’s worked in many different environments but greatly prefers those adopting practices from Lean and Agile communities. When not at work you might find Jim in the kitchen with a glass of wine, playing Xbox, hiking with his family, or banished to the garage while trying to practice his guitar.

Jim recently hosted a webinar entitled: Four Crucial Tips for Automating Your Web Tests. You can view the webinar and join the discussion on test automation Here

Let’s now meet our third and final community member this week …

Richard Forjoe

Profile picture of Richard Forjoe

Richard is one of our newest members at Test Huddle but quite a prominent figure in our community based on the number of webinars he has attended and the number of comments he has made in the discussion forums.

*Interesting fact: Richard once fell asleep during a flying lesson!

I discovered this fact about Richard in a fun forum game called Two Lies, One Truth. The rules are simple, just post a sentence which contains two lies and one truth about yourself. The next member on the forum has to guess which is the truth and then post a sentence of their own. To join in on this game click Here

I look forward to reading your game entries 🙂

Tune in next week as we meet three more community members
