5 simple tips for making the most of the Huddle

1. Tell us about yourself

As a community we the Huddle Team don’t just want to know about your connection with testing, but we want to know about you as well. What are your hobbies and interests? Make sure to add a profile picture and fill out the ‘About Me’ section on your profile. The ‘About Me’ section is a fantastic opportunity for you to give other members an insight into your personality. The best ‘About Me’ I have read so far has to be @declan-oriordan

2. Don’t be shy

If you see someone with similar interests to you, say hello. If you see someone with a particular testing skillset, ask for help or advice. Huddle is a great way to interact with other testers in a fun and friendly environment. Read our guidelines on how to contribute.

3. Speak up

One of the hardest parts of being a community member is having the courage to stand up and voice your opinions. The EuroSTAR team encourages members to speak up. Share your thoughts on the current forum discussions or maybe you would like to start a whole new discussion. The more interaction the better.

4. Share

The EuroSTAR Huddle is packed with amazing software testing resources that your friends and colleagues will enjoy so make sure you share it with them. At the bottom of every blog, forum, eBook etc. are a number of ways you can pass on this content.

5. Invite

Invite other testers to come and join the community. Not only will they benefit for the shared testing knowledge and resources, but they will have the opportunity to educate others.
