Recently, we were asked to support a reasonably large organization where the management wasn’t satisfied with the testing phase of an important project. Since we are experienced in applying TPI NEXT to improve the test process this sounded like a straightforward assignment. But very quickly we uncovered something interesting; the actual testing was being carried out very well. So what was the problem that needed to be fixed?
