As a tester, there are a lot of times where I don’t know how to do something. I have learned that when I don’t know how to do something, if I can break it down into manageable parts, then it becomes easier to approach and learn. I have taken this approach to teaching testers to learn how to code and approach coding.  Sometimes when a problem is so large, we shy away from it. Adam Satterfield, Technology Program Director at Anthem, has been in the software testing industry for nearly 20 years. He has a wide background in industries such as military, SaaS, telecom and healthcare. Adam enjoys leading and mentoring quality assurance teams as well as teaching testers how to find their inner testing star.
