Health Service Glitch Means 25,000 Re-tests

A bug in the Health Service Executive (HSE) X-ray system in Ireland has meant that up to 25,000 tests may have to be done again. The bug in the HSE Nimis (National Integrated Medical Imaging System) left out the “less than” symbol from a large number of reports when reports were printed. Read More here
