About Rob Lambert

Rob Lambert is the Director of Cultivated Management – where he helps leaders and managers Release Agility in their organisations through effective HR initiatives and professional modern management.

Rob started his career as a Software Tester before becoming an Engineering Manager in a rapid growing start-up, where he released agility, scaled agile and brought in professional management. The results were rapid releases of software, engaged employees, low costs to hire, high retention rates and a fun environment to thrive in

He then moved to HR as VP of Engagement and Enablement where he lead Recruitment, Training, Corporate Social Responsibility, Employee Engagement and Communication initiatives.

Rob teaches, speaks at conferences, writes books, takes photos of cars and enjoys creating podcasts for parents. He is married, has three sons and lives in historic Winchester, UK.
