Maintaining Quality With Agility
There are well known values and practices in agile that support the delivery of high quality valuable software to the customer. There are many good examples of organisations and teams that are achieving high levels of agility, performance and results. Unfortunately, the reality for many organisations and teams I observe is different. When they try to embrace and maintain increasing levels of agility, mistakes are made and problems result – many of which impact negatively on quality. This webinar highlights a number of key quality related aspects of agile, identifying common problems and suggests solutions. It will of course include testing but will also discuss experiences with topics such as culture and teams, management support, technical debt and continuous improvement.
