Microsoft will let its Customers do its Testing for Them

Jim Alkove, director of program management for Microsoft’s enterprise group, iMicrosoft explains how businesses will benefit from the consumer tested Windows 10. The company plans to release Windows 10 for business some months after the consumer release so that many of the bugs and issues will be solved. Windows 10 will be launched later on this year. BMW fixes software bug that made 2.2 million cars vulnerable to break-ins
“ADAC [German Motor Association] experts found that the ConnectedDrive software has security flaws that can help hackers breach the security of the car.”
A report by Devender Kundaliya on the security issues surrounding the software bug in BMW internal ConnectDrive software. The software could be hacked using a rellica mobile phone base station which allowed hackers to open doors and windows. Read More here.
GMT bug in iOS 8 Fixed..Sort of
A recent bug with Apple’s iOS 8 system meant that those using the calendar had appoints added in GMT time regardless of the timezone that the user might be in. Google have addressed the issue so those working with Google calendar have the error resolved but those using other third-party syncing still have the issue which Apple have yet to address.
