1989 – The Simpsons début
The animated series The Simpsons premiers with the episode “Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire” on the FOX television network. The series will continue to run for twenty-one seasons and four forty-nine episodes over the next twenty years.
2000 – PureBasic Released
On this day in 2003 Version 2.00 of the PureBasic programming language is released. This version is the first non-beta version to be released to the public.
