If you’ve had good or bad experience trying to introduce innovation to testing within your organisation why not come along and share it in the discussion session I’ll be doing on Tuesday afternoon.
If you can’t make it but have thoughts you want to share or discuss please get in touch.
Hi Graham!
I am continuously trying to innovate.
However I have found it hard in my current organisation.
This conference and your talk have reinvigorated me and made me determined not to give up.
We are working to a kind of more traditional waterfall model. I am constantly trying to introduce more agile, lean and collaborative approach.. In a recently release I tried to introduce an approach more in line with this.. Currently I feel that it is a move in the right direction but when I return to work I will be talking to people about doing much more.
Regards
Martin
