I would like to know your opinion on a sensitive topic: the naming convention of environments.
introduction: I’m in a Web-Company that has introduced Agile methodology less than 2 years ago. Teaching phase was great, thanks to a perfect external coaching, transforming phase is a little bit rocking! Not without difficulty, we came to a, more or less, traditional definition of environments (dev, integration, staging, preview, production).
imho: naming is not basic if all of your people know exactly what’s going on each of your environment, but is a nice-to-have anyways.
