I realise that in today’s world, it is very rare for someone to stay with the same company for a long number of years. Often people work for a number of different company’s in their lives. If you have changed company’s or role’s, how often have you done it and has it been for any particular reason (career progression etc)
In my 7.5 years of experience, I have worked with just 3 companies. And by co-incidence each time I have quit my job to take a break in my career.
I believe, the common reasons for a job switch are career progression, salary hike or dissatisfaction with the current job or management.
