Have you started speaking at meet-ups and want to progress your speaking experience? Would you like to be a conference speaker?

Join Rik Marselis, Programme Chair of the 2020 EuroSTAR Software Testing Conference and accomplished speaker. In his webinar on Tuesday 14th January at 13:00hrs GMT for insights on how to create a killer submission.

Sharing knowledge is how the testing community grows and develops. Learning from each other’s mistakes and successes is an important part of this growth. If you are keen to share your knowledge and get more involved with the wider testing community, becoming a conference speaker may be for you.

You must first write a submission to begin the submission process. Use your practical experiences, combined with visions and insights to craft a message that will inspire fellow-testers. And think about how you can fit your story into the conference theme.

The EuroSTAR programme is created by the community every year. The Programme Committee together with over 30 experienced speakers review and rate each submission to get the best possible submissions together. The process of programme creation is done anonymously so what you include, how interesting you make it and how you convey your points are key to achieving a high rating.

In this webinar,  you will learn how to write your best submission and how to improve your chances of getting on the EuroSTAR programme and other conferences in the testing world.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Is conference speaking for you?
  2. How to decide what talk to submit to a conference
  3. How to write your best submission
