Michal Putowski has more than 15 years of experience in IT and Software Development. Most of his career he spent taking care of the software quality in various roles – from Junior Tester to QA Lead and Test Manager. Currently he is a leader of a few software engineering teams.
According to Michal actions speak louder than words. But words can also be inspiring :) Therefore, apart from his daily job, in 2016 he decided to start a blog for software testers, who want to begin their careers in Poland (JakZostacTesterem.pl). Knowledge sharing gives him a lot of satisfaction, but the greatest reward is the gratitude from his blog readers successfully changing their professional life.
