Stephen Janaway has been involved with software testing for over 14 years, starting as a Test Engineer and has worked in various Test and Delivery Management roles for a variety of companies. Currently he’s a Test Manager focusing on mobile and web testing, test automation and software delivery optimisation. Previously he’s worked for three of the major mobile device manufacturers, as well as advising a number of mobile application developers on testing and delivery strategies.

Dan Ashby, Net-A-Porter, UK

Dan Ashby has been a software tester for around 9 years, testing a huge variety of software ranging from printer drivers to mobile apps and mobile sites (and everything in between). He is an advocate for context driven testing and utilises an Exploratory Testing approach along with SBTM.

Dan currently works for Net-A-Porter in the “Testing Services” team, where his main duties are to aid, support, inspire and give ideas on testing processes, techniques and tools to the rest of the test team with in Net-A-Porter.
