When it comes to diversity in testing, I automatically think of including more women. But I assume “diversity in testing” can and probably should be interpreted in many ways. Other than the gender interpretation how do you interpret “diversity in testing”?

Unreliable test environment where you can’t trust what you see in that environment.
Then when you find bugs – you get told “don’t worry – that won’t happen in production” – makes you wonder how many bugs you opened could actually be in production and which bugs you missed because of how unreliable the test environment is.

Test Plan is what
Test Strategy is how.
