Came across an interesting article related to testers to developer ratio.
Would be interesting to know how much is this ratio in your team.
My team varies from project to project in which I had about 3:4, 2:6 and so on. Also resource allocation was flexible based on the available stories and features and that depends on if it is a first release or during maintenance.
If you can also share your experience that would be great 🙂

My team is working with 5:2 ratio.May be other forum members can also share their experience as well.
