    @oliverhorward Totally agree with you when you are using any third party product you are only interested in reporting bugs to them which are critical to your workflow.

    Recent project had just such an agreement.  Bugs in the customer facing UI components were raised, but ‘cosmetic’ issues with the back end components were not.  Of course, if the back-end had fundamental flaws (eg calculating 1+1 = 3), then these were reported.
