Recently Alison Wade organised an event based on her “Women Who Test” programme.
The idea was to allow women involved in the testing industry to discuss the issues that relates to them being in a field that is largely made up of male testers in a female led environment.
What do you think of the list of issues? Would you agree that the same issues could be raised this side of the Atlantic or are factors like these as important for female testers in Europe?
The idea seem interesting. Do you think that an event like this would or should happen in Europe?
I would be interested in your thoughts on this.
