Automated Risk Based Testing Tool

Does anyone have experience with tools for Automated Regression Risk-Based Testing. Which can help you identify which scripts need to be executed based on the code changes etc.

I am not aware of one tool that can realistically do that for different environments.

I have designed and implemented Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment environments where we did this but those are specific solutions for those specific situations and clients. The solutions consist of repositories, code , automated test tools, deployment tools, policies, naming conventions, scripting and are unique for the situation.
